ITINERARY:
Sunday, July 19th
• 5:00 AM -- meet at the Campus Life house (6401 Pine Lake Rd.)
**Keep in mind that it will take a little bit to get everyone checked in and all luggage loaded.
• Will stop for Lunch. Students will pay for this meal.
ON A SEPARATE DAY
• Students will go Rappelling. No extra cost for this activity. Campers MUST fill out the release form on Camp Doc.
Thursday, July 23rd
• Off site adventure. The most popular option for that day is to go WHITE WATER RAFTING with Noah's Ark Rafting Adventures. No extra charge for this activity. Students will need to pay for their lunch meal and MUST fill out the Noah's Ark Release Form on Camp Doc.
Saturday, July 25th
• 5:00 PM -- Arrive back at the Campus Life house. (6401 Pine Lake Rd.)
• Will stop for Lunch. Students will pay for this meal.

EXTRA EXPENSES:
Your child will need extra spending money for:
• Meals -- 3 fast food meals. (2 during traveling days and 1 on Thursday, off-site adventure day)
• Possible Camp store purchases -- t-shirts ($15), snacks, highlight video ($15), band merchandise, etc.
• Possible Noah’s Ark Rafting purchases -- Souvenirs
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Absolutely no drugs/ alcohol/ weapons/ knives/ explosives (including firecrackers, etc.) are allowed at camp. If a camper is found with possession of these things he or she will be sent home at their own expense.
• Students are allowed to bring iPods, DVD players, cell phones, etc. for travelling. HOWEVER, we will collect all of these items upon arrival at camp and hold them in a safe place during the week. Everything will be returned on the last day. This is an effort to limit distraction so that a camper may have a great experience at camp. (Staff are allowed to keep their cell phones; we just ask that they would be used in moderation and for short periods of time.)
• There is no rule for students regarding bathing suits, but modest swimsuits is preferable.
• All medications (prescription and over the counter) will be collected. They need to be in a zip lock bag or something similar. Clearly mark each bag with camper name and ministry center name for easy distribution by the nurse. Prescription meds MUST come in their original container, which must display the camper's name and dosage information.
• Quaker Ridge Camp Health Consent and Release Forms filled out and signed on Camp doc.
