Evelyn’s Story

Evelyn, a young mom involved in our Parent Life program, desperately messaged Annie Rohde (Parent Life staff) 
about needing diapers and not having the money to buy them until pay day. Evelyn recently moved out to her own apartment. She has a job and is trying to figure out how to provide for her and her one-year-old son, but she is coming up short. Annie shared this request with her Parent Life support team, and two gracious donors took diapers and goodies to Evelyn at work. Evelyn was surprised and so thankful. She sent the sweetest message thanking the donors, and she posted on Facebook: "God is so good every time he sees me struggling he blesses me.”
Parent Life is helping Evelyn through her journey, including her faith walk with Jesus, which means you are walking alongside Evelyn as you support YFC. Thank you for making an impact in her life.
